Peakside and Stoke Park snap up €60m German supermarket portfolio

Peakside Capital Advisors and Stoke Park Capital have acquired a portfolio of 23 supermarket properties in Germany for €60 million from GRR Garbe Retail. The assets comprise approximately 46,600 sqm of rental space across multiple locations and have an average lease term of over four years following recent lease extensions. The portfolio will be integrated into the Peakside Real Estate Fund IV, with a focus on further value creation through active asset management.
